Respond faster

Two hours is
long enough to
lose the booking.

Enquiries arrive while your team has their hands in someone's hair. By the time the front desk is free, a ready customer has already booked elsewhere.

Sound familiar?

  • Messages are answered in gaps between clients, or the next morning.
  • The same six questions are typed out by hand, all day.
  • No-shows happen because nothing reminded anyone.
  • Nobody follows up after the visit, so there is no review and no rebooking.

01 — What we do

What we build

01

Enquiry flow

Instant greeting, hours, location, service discovery and a booking route — within seconds, at any hour.

02

Human handoff

Every flow has a visible route to a person. Consultations, colour corrections and complaints never get automated.

03

Confirmations & reminders

Approved templates that reduce no-shows and preparation questions.

04

Post-visit journey

A review request and a rebooking prompt at the right interval for the service.

05

Consent & frequency

Promotional consent recorded separately from transactional messages, with honoured opt-outs and a frequency cap.

06

Team playbook

Who answers what, response-time standards and complaint escalation.

02 — The process

How it runs

Map

We map every message your salon currently receives for one week.

Separate

Automate the repeatable. Protect the human conversations.

Build

Flows, templates and handoff rules on an approved WhatsApp Business setup.

Tune

Monthly review of response time, drop-offs, takeovers and opt-outs.

03 — Accountability

What we
measure.

Agreed before we start, reported monthly, and shown to you whether the numbers are good or not.

01 First-response time
02 Enquiry-to-booking rate
03 No-show rate
04 Rebooking rate and opt-out rate

04 — Questions

What owners ask
about this work.

Will this make our salon feel robotic?

Only if it is built badly. The point of automation here is to get a customer to a human faster, not to replace one. Anything involving suitability, a complaint, sensitive information or a price negotiation goes to a person immediately.

Is this allowed under WhatsApp's rules?

We use approved WhatsApp Business templates and consent-based messaging, keep transactional and promotional messages separate, and honour opt-outs. We do not buy contact lists.

What if a customer replies to an automated message?

It reaches your team like any other message, with the conversation history attached. Nothing gets lost in a bot.
