Fill capacity

Campaigns built
around capacity,
not vanity.

Advertising a salon that cannot answer enquiries quickly, or filling Saturday when Saturday is already full, wastes money in a way that looks like activity.

Sound familiar?

  • Leads arrive, but nobody knows how many became attended appointments.
  • Offers train regulars to wait for the next discount.
  • Campaigns run on the busiest days and stop on the quiet ones.
  • Cost per lead is reported; cost per customer is not.

01 — What we do

What we run

01

Offer design

Time-bound, capacity-aware offers with clear terms that do not damage premium positioning.

02

Campaign build

Audiences, creative variants and placements aimed at the services with real margin.

03

Landing journeys

A page built for the specific offer, not the homepage with a hopeful headline.

04

Lead handling

Speed-to-reply rules, WhatsApp routing and a briefed team — the part that actually decides ROI.

05

Measurement

Attended appointments and repeat behaviour, with the attribution limits stated honestly.

06

Post-campaign review

Profitability and customer quality, not just volume.

02 — The process

How it runs

Prepare

Confirm capacity, margin, staffing and the response process. We will not launch into a bottleneck.

Launch

One offer, one audience, one clear route to book.

Handle

Enquiries answered fast, tracked, and followed up.

Review

What it cost per attended appointment, and whether those customers came back.

03 — Accountability

What we
measure.

Agreed before we start, reported monthly, and shown to you whether the numbers are good or not.

01 Cost per attended appointment
02 Enquiry-to-attendance rate
03 Average service value from campaign customers
04 Repeat rate at 90 days

04 — Questions

What owners ask
about this work.

What budget do we need?

It depends on your area, service prices and how many empty slots you are filling. We would rather start small, prove cost per attended appointment, and scale what works than commit you to a large monthly spend on unproven creative.

Will discounts hurt our brand?

Badly designed ones will. We design offers around a specific business purpose — quiet weekdays, a new stylist's column, a service you want to grow — with an end date and clear terms, rather than a permanent percentage off everything.

Can you prove the appointments came from ads?

Partly, and we will tell you exactly where attribution ends. Some of it is measurable; some of it is inference. We report both separately rather than claiming credit for everything.
