A website that
answers the question
“should I book here?”

Salon websites usually fail in one of two ways: beautiful but slow and vague about price, or fast but forgettable. Yours needs to do both jobs on a mid-range phone, on mobile data.

Sound familiar?

  • It takes several seconds to load, so people leave before the first image appears.
  • Prices are hidden, so cautious customers do not enquire.
  • The booking route is buried below three scrolls of gallery.
  • It looks nothing like the salon or the Instagram feed.

01 — What we do

What we build

01

Fast by budget

Performance budgets agreed before design. Modern image formats, minimal JavaScript, tested on real mid-range hardware.

02

Service clarity

Services, durations, starting prices and what is included — the information that decides an enquiry.

03

One conversion route

Book or enquire, always visible, working the same way on every page.

04

Proof where it matters

Reviews, real photography and honest results placed at the moment of doubt.

05

Search structure

Unique titles, headings, structured data, sitemap and a page per service that deserves one.

06

Accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA

Keyboard navigation, visible focus, real contrast, reduced-motion support. Tested, not assumed.

02 — The process

How it runs

Content first

We write and agree the words before a single layout, because the copy determines the design.

Design

Mobile first, desktop second, at real content lengths.

Build & QA

Performance, accessibility, forms, browsers and slow-connection testing before launch.

Launch & measure

Search Console, consent-aware analytics and a defined set of meaningful events.

03 — Accountability

What we
measure.

Agreed before we start, reported monthly, and shown to you whether the numbers are good or not.

01 Core Web Vitals by template
02 Booking or enquiry completion rate
03 Non-branded landing-page traffic
04 Form abandonment and error rates

04 — Questions

What owners ask
about this work.

Should we publish our prices?

In almost every case, yes — at least a starting price per service. Hidden prices filter out cautious customers far more than they filter out bargain hunters, and they generate front-desk work answering the same question all day.

Can we edit it ourselves?

Yes. We set up editing for the parts that change often — services, prices, offers, photos, articles — and keep the structural parts stable so nothing breaks.

Do we need a booking system?

Not necessarily. Plenty of salons convert better with a fast WhatsApp route than with a full booking engine. We choose based on your team's capacity to manage it.
