Be chosen

Your salon got better.
Your brand did not.

Most salons outgrow their identity years before they replace it. The craft improves, the team grows, the prices rise — and the logo, the menu and the signage still belong to the salon you opened.

Sound familiar?

  • Your storefront, your Instagram and your price list look like three different businesses.
  • Customers cannot say what makes you different, so they compare you on price.
  • Your logo breaks at small sizes, so every digital touchpoint looks improvised.
  • You attract bargain enquiries when you want customers who value the work.

01 — What we do

What a salon rebrand actually covers

01

Positioning

Who this salon is for, what it does better than the nearest three alternatives, and the words we use everywhere.

02

Identity system

Wordmark, symbol, colour, typography and layout rules — tested at signage size and at 24px on a phone.

03

Service menu

Service names, groupings, durations and prices customers can actually understand and choose from.

04

Storefront & interior

Signage, window, reception, directional and offer materials so the online promise is kept in the room.

05

Photography direction

A shot list and editing standard so your own images stay consistent long after we finish.

06

Brand guide

A short, usable document your team and any future supplier can follow without calling us.

02 — The process

How a rebrand runs

Week 1–2

Discovery: interviews, review analysis, competitor walk, current-state audit.

Week 3

Positioning and story approved before any design work begins.

Week 4–6

Identity directions, testing at real sizes, one round of refinement.

Week 7–8

Rollout: menu, signage, templates, profiles and handover.

03 — Accountability

What we
measure.

Agreed before we start, reported monthly, and shown to you whether the numbers are good or not.

01 Enquiry quality and average service value
02 Consistency score across store, Google, social and web
03 Customer ability to describe you accurately
04 Reduction in discount-led enquiries

04 — Questions

What owners ask
about this work.

Is this just a new logo?

No. A logo alone changes nothing commercially. The work is positioning, menu structure, storefront, photography direction and the system that keeps all of it consistent. The logo is one output of that.

Will we lose our regular customers?

Not if the rebrand is built from what your regulars already love, which is where discovery starts. We are usually making the salon look like what loyal customers already believe about it — not replacing it with something unfamiliar.

Do we own the files?

Yes. Editable source files, fonts with licences, and exports are yours. If you leave, you take everything.
